1. Redistribution or resale of any versions provided by me is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

2. Alteration or unauthorized dissemination of my models is expressly forbidden unless need to edit ytd to make lower in size / edit skin which can do if need to just add your server logo on it.

3. All purchases made are considered final and non-refundable.

4. I hold no liability for any damages incurred to your server's operation or your personal computer.

5. Payments via Tebex will be accepted, along with all other payment methods supported by the platform.

6. The completion of a purchase signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of the no-refund policy.

7. Transfer of purchased items to other servers, even by developers, is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the server owner.

8. These Terms of Service are subject to periodic revisions.

9. For non-ELS cars, configuration for proper functioning within your server is required. Any issues arising from improper configuration fall under your responsibility upon purchase.

10. Files will be delivered securely via Keymaster escrow to the account you've designated upon login.

11. Upon delivery, files are guaranteed to be operational. Responsibility for successful setup within your server lies with you, as the purchaser.

12. Private chat support for tutorials is available, limited to the specific section you've purchased, due to our workload. Please note that tutorial purchases are non-refundable.

13. Any attempt to extract resources or content from our tutorials will result in permanent suspension from our services.

14. Video tutorials require a basic level of proficiency, though additional assistance can be provided within your private support section if necessary.

15. Transferring assets via Keymaster is limited to one instance after receipt, ensuring understanding of this condition at the time of purchase.( this is not upto us this is how keymaster escrowed files work)
